WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an ambitious self-starter that will support Sullivan’s sales and marketing efforts. The digital marketing Senior Associate will report directly to the Principal of Growth and will execute the digital marketing efforts of Sullivan’s marketing team including managing the content strategy, website, social channels, email updates, paid media, and SEO and SEM strategy. The goal of Sullivan’s marketing efforts are to manage our reputation in the world to drive new business leads and acquire top talent to join the agency. This is an opportunity to work closely with agency leadership to learn not only about sales and marketing but also about a brand engagement agency working with top tier clients.
WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
Project manage the firm’s growth initiatives, supporting a nimble team across all new business and external marketing efforts
Create and place content on owned social channels, www.Sullivannyc.com, and paid digital channels
Manage and report on Analytics and performance of our marketing program in conjunction with the Group Director of Analytics
Manage, optimize, and report on Sullivan’s paid digital campaigns including on LinkedIn and Google Adwords
Load, send, and report on Sullivan email campaigns
Maintain and optimize Sullivan’s SEO
Recommend optimizations, ideas, tests, and tactics to continually improve Sullivan’s marketing efforts
Draft social media captions
Provide logistical support across the new business process, helping teams deliver excellent proposals and presentations for new business opportunities
Contribute to proposal creation including some writing and packaging of cases
Maintain and update databases:
Salesforce database, relevant Slack channels, and Growth shared drives
Pipeline report for executive insight
Supplier diversity portals and certifications
Conduct research on conferences and speaking engagements that align with Sullivan’s expertise and business growth
Research background on new business prospects
Manage award submissions
Stay on top of industry news and marketing trends on an ongoing basis
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM:
2 years of work experience, preferably in a marketing, sales, media agency, or client services environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Clear, compelling business writing skills
Excellent PPT capabilities
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated mentality with a drive to succeed on a small, fast-paced team
Excellent communication skills
Eager to learn and take on more responsibility
Familiarity with Salesforce, Campaign Monitor, Google Adwords, Wordpress, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SmartSheet, and Google Analytics is ideal, but not required
Comfortable managing up
